Each plan comes with a specific number of licenses. Each license is equivalent to one computer system in your office or company. With Add-A-License you can expand your backup needs as your business expands. Of course you can also upgrade to another backup plan as well.
packs give you the opportunity to purchase onsite technical
support at a reduced cost. Onsite
support can be used for software setup, backup and recovery
assistance or general technical support for the PCSbackup™ software
within a limited geographical area. It does not cover
support regarding any software or hardware not purchased from
PCSBackup.com. The Unlimited package provides unlimited
onsite support for a one-year period from the date of purchase. Purchasing
a Support Pack does not guarantee data will not be lost or
that data can be recovered. Support pack support is available
during regular business hours as posted on our contact page. Purchase
of a Support Pack does not guarantee a technician will be immediately
available. Support Pack purchasers do get priority support
over general tech support requests. Most service calls
are handled the same day.
